From establishing Dubai's first flour mill in 1976, to transforming into one of the leading suppliers in the region, our history is deep-rooted in the country’s heritage. Our National Flour Mills, in Dubai’s historic Shindagha district, are a recognised part of Dubai’s fabric of landmarks.
Our semolina is manufactured using the finest durum wheat flour from our mills, using sophisticated processing techniques, and used to serve customers in the preparation of pasta, desserts, biscuits and artisan breads.
